Join us on a tour of the beautiful waters on The Straits for a great adventure! The two-hour tour will give you opportunities to see many of the wildlife that inhabit the marshes and shoreline.
A tour will guide you through the calm salt marshes and protected waterways. You will have an opportunity to encounter a diversity of sea birds and marine life such as the Osprey , Great Blue Heron, Ibis, Snowy Egret and the bottle-nosed dolphin. We'll take you to a working crab pot and see the catch of the day. When the tide is right, we can visit a shoal where you will be able to search for sand dollars and various types of shells.
Paddling silently through the protected salt marsh and tidal creeks, this 2-hour kayak excursion will enable the adventurer to encounter wildlife up close and personal without compromising their freedom. Observing coastal birds, dolphins and waterfowl in their natural habitat will help you better appreciate the need to protect this fragile marine ecosystem. This kayak tour is the perfect trip for anyone seeking a natural experience.
